一般過(guò)去式（2）
一般動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式的構(gòu)成：
規(guī)則動(dòng)詞過(guò)去式變化規(guī)則：

一般動(dòng)詞詞尾加-ed          walk,listen,look,finish   walked,listened,looked,finished
以字母e結(jié)尾的動(dòng)詞后加-d    live,notice,decide        lived,noticed,decided
以輔音祖母加-y結(jié)尾的動(dòng)詞， hurry,carry               hurried,carried
變y為i,再加-ed 
以元音字母加輔音字母結(jié)尾的    stop,step              stopped,stepped
重讀閉音節(jié)動(dòng)詞，先雙寫該輔音
祖母，再加-ed
一般動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式中-ed發(fā)音：

以字母t,d結(jié)尾的動(dòng)詞加  count  decide         counted  decided
-ed后，ed讀作/id/
表示過(guò)去沒(méi)有做某事，要用行為動(dòng)詞一般過(guò)去式的否定形式，由助動(dòng)詞do的一般過(guò)去式did+not(didn't)構(gòu)成，如：
Baby Bear didn't look into the bedroom.
熊寶寶沒(méi)有往臥室里看。
I didn't finish my homework yesterday.
昨天我沒(méi)有完成家庭作業(yè)。
He didn't play football yesterday.
昨天他沒(méi)有踢足球。
注意：一般過(guò)去式的否定助動(dòng)詞didn't沒(méi)有人稱和數(shù)的變化，后面的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞也變成原形。
不規(guī)則動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式大體上歸納有以下六條記憶法：
1.以t結(jié)尾的詞，過(guò)去式與原形相同。
如：put-put  let-let  cut-cut  beat-beat
2.以d結(jié)尾的詞，把d變成t
如：build-built  lend-lent  send-sent  spend--spent
3.以n 結(jié)尾的詞，在詞后加t
如：mean-meant   burn-burnt  learn-learnt
4.以ow/aw結(jié)尾的詞，把ow/aw變成ew
如：blow-blew  draw-drew know--knew  grow--grew
5.含有雙字母的詞，將雙寫改成單寫，在詞尾加t
如：keep-kept  sleep-slept  feel-felt smell-smelt
6.含有元音字母o/i的詞，把o/i變成a
如：sing-sang  give-gave  sit--sat  drink--drank
如果要詢問(wèn)別人在過(guò)去的某一時(shí)間里是否做了什么事，這時(shí)我們需要用一般過(guò)去時(shí)的疑問(wèn)形式。其形式為：
Did you listen to the news in the morning?
早上你聽(tīng)新聞了嗎？
Did you watch TV yesterday evening?
昨晚你看電視了嗎？
注意：加了did后構(gòu)成的疑問(wèn)句中，謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞要變成原形。
肯定句：He moved to London at 28.
否定句：He didn't move to London at 28.
一般疑問(wèn)句：Did he move to London at 28?
回答：Yes,he did. No,he didn't.
肯定句：We played computer games yesterday.
否定句：We didn't play computer games yesterday.
一般疑問(wèn)句：Did we play computer games yesterday?
回答：Yes,we did.No,we didn't.
肯定句：They did some sport after school.
否定句：They didn't do any sport after school.
一般疑問(wèn)句：Did they do any start after school?
回答：Yes,they did.No,they didn't.
肯定句：My sister started school at six.
否定句：My sister didn't start school at six.
一般疑問(wèn)句：Did my sister start school at six?
回答：Yes,she did.No,she didn't.
一般動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式的用法：
1）表示在過(guò)去某個(gè)時(shí)間發(fā)生的動(dòng)作。常和表示過(guò)去的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)連用。如：once,once upon a time,last week,in 1990等。如：
They played football last Saturday.
他們上周六踢了足球。
The writer started to write in 1998.
這個(gè)作家1998就開(kāi)始寫作了。
2）表示過(guò)去一段時(shí)間經(jīng)?；蚍磸?fù)發(fā)生的動(dòng)作。常和表示頻率的副詞連用，如：always,usually,often,never等。如：
He often visited his uncle when he was young.
他小時(shí)候常去看望他叔叔。
His father often returned home late last month.
他父親上個(gè)月常常回家很晚。
